Job Summary

Build and manage Premier client relationships to achieve business KPIs and support Country AOP. Conduct regular client reviews to understand needs and advise on wealth management products and services. Use client relationship management data and tools to improve service delivery, monitor satisfaction, and coach the branch team. Own day-to-day client relationships, maintain deep product knowledge, and ensure activities follow HSBC lending, risk, and selling processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Support achievement of Country AOP and agreed KPI objectives by developing existing and new client relationships.
•Conduct regular client reviews to understand current and long-term needs and advise on relevant products and services.
•Maintain Premier client standards within the portfolio and ensure client information is complete and up to date in CRM.
•Own the client relationship and provide solutions by applying deep technical knowledge of wealth management products and services.
•Manage lending facilities and operational risk in line with HSBC policy and selling process/quality requirements, while coaching the wider branch team using management information.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
•Minimum of three years of proven, progressive financial services and/or retail sales experience.
•Strong technical skills in wealth management and sound knowledge of financial services products and services.
•Experience managing relationships with high net worth clients, with strong sales results in insurance and investment products.
•Ability to communicate well in English and local languages and work with Compliance, Credit, Risk, and Internal Control within a balanced risk environment.
