Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain turbine engine, engine module, or component systems in accordance with published work instructions and approved technical data.
  • •Perform repairman duties on aircraft engine components and accessories, including drilling, faster removal, blending, installation of inserts, and silicon repairs.
  • •Ensure assembly/disassembly phases comply with self-inspection or peer inspection requirements for critical processes and adhere to quality standards.
  • •Monitor and ensure processes meet Safety, Quality, and Delivery objectives.
  • •Set up and operate CNC milling equipment to machine aerospace components to exact specifications, performing measurements/inspections with calibrated tools and adjusting processes as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •HS Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • •3+ years’ experience in an aviation mechanic role, aviation field experience, or appropriate technical training (ASE certification or military equivalent).
  • •Basic understanding of DAT (Disassembly, Assembly, Test).
  • •Ability to utilize precision measuring instruments (e.g., vernier calipers, micrometers) for detailed measurements and inspections.
  • •U.S. citizenship is required for authorization under the program/contract.
