Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the development and execution of APAC regional process automation strategy, aligning with overall operational performance goals.
  • •Identify and evaluate automation opportunities in business processes to reduce manual workflows and improve efficiency for APAC delivery teams.
  • •Champion the adoption of Microsoft automation tools, AI capabilities, and Power BI to streamline processes and support governance.
  • •Initiate, lead, and manage cross-functional projects involving BP, BPM, Data Analysts, and other teams to deliver automation solutions on time and within scope.
  • •Monitor performance of automated processes and analyze data to identify optimization opportunities and continuously enhance automation effectiveness and governance.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience with AI and automation tools in process automation or governance
  • •Proven track record leading cross-team projects to deliver automation solutions
  • •Extensive experience with Microsoft automation tools and Power BI for data visualization and optimization
  • •Experience collaborating with Business Process Managers and Data Analysts across cross-functional teams
  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (master’s a plus)
