Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, scheduling, arranging drive-ons, copying/scanning, filing, submitting expense reports, and planning executive travel.
  • •Assist with internal and external communication across NBCU departments and divisions and with creative community partners (networks, streaming services, other studios, agencies, and managers).
  • •Maintain department submission logs, material grids, and project status update trackers.
  • •Conduct research on request and maintain awareness of industry trends, formats, talent, and competitive environment.
  • •Create, curate, and distribute weekly department IP memos, including handling highly confidential materials discreetly.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year of entertainment experience.
  • •Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Dropbox, Concur, and Google suite.

  • •Flexible, personable self-starter with extreme attention to detail and the ability to interface with creative and all levels of staff.
