Lead operational excellence for the LATAM region, setting operational vision and translating executive strategy into roadmaps that local offices can execute. Partner with local offices and promoters to oversee end-to-end concert logistics, improve governance and processes, ensure compliance with safety standards, and coordinate communication across internal teams. Serve as a key link between promoters and international production to maximize show quality, safety, and fan experience.
