Job Summary

Own 1st-line AML activities for Invesco EMEA funds and products, including AML due diligence and screening, third-party oversight, AML process and risk assessment maintenance, audits/monitoring, and AML-related projects. Partner with the Global Financial Crime team (2nd line) on escalations and process changes. Prepare monthly MIS for internal stakeholders and support client and third-party onboarding with risk-based KYC, PEP, adverse media, and sanctions screening.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform 1st-line AML tasks for Invesco EMEA, including due diligence, KYC, and screening (adverse media, PEP, sanctions).
•Design, manage, and oversee AML processes and controls; maintain AML procedures and documentation as requirements change.
•Oversee AML service providers and third-party administrators, including testing/site visits and ensuring adherence to KPIs and regulations.
•Identify and manage AML risks and issues, escalate appropriately, and implement mitigating controls.
•Prepare AML MIS reporting and support AML audits, compliance monitoring, and related reviews and projects.

Key Requirements

•Relevant experience in AML within the financial services industry, preferably asset management.
•Experience managing regulatory change in both BAU and project environments.
•Experience overseeing AML processes with third-party administrators.
•Excellent knowledge of current AML regulations and awareness of future regulatory change.
•Degree or comparable work experience; an AML qualification is an advantage.
