•Develop and deliver a regular cadence of thought leadership content including webinars, case studies, blogs, social media, videos, and event programming to build awareness, demand, and an engaged user community
•Establish and maintain relationships with trade associations, user groups, and other industry thought leaders that further Esri’s mission
•Research, analyze, and monitor industry, technology, and market trends to identify opportunities and inform strategic positioning of ArcGIS and Esri solutions
•Develop and support industry messaging and go‑to‑market strategies that clearly articulate the value of Esri technology in addressing industry‑specific challenges

•Strong knowledge of GIS and Esri technology, including how geospatial capabilities are applied to solve complex, industry‑specific problems
•Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at the executive level, including excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences
•Proven experience collaborating across multidisciplinary teams, with the ability to influence business and technical stakeholders
