•Install/swap out devices (e.g., phones, computers, cables, edge routers, switches)
•Complete Move, Add Change (MAC) requests within defined service levels
•Interface between customer’s associates and management; provide hardware break-fix services for network infrastructure

Key Requirements

•Proficiency with Sniffers, BERT testers, cable testers
•Experience in working in communications closets
•Ability to perform rack and stack activities
•Understanding of cable patching processes and procedures
•Ability to program Cisco phones and install Avaya/IP phones
