Job Summary

Drive Premier Acquisition by sourcing and converting new-to-bank customers through central and self-generated leads. Key Responsibilities

•Implement Premier Acquisition strategies to successfully acquire new-to-bank customers.
•Acquire new customers via central or self-generated leads.
•Complete simple retail sales to support high-quality service for high-value personal clients.
•Develop strong working relationships with relevant business areas (e.g., WPB, Marketing).
•Provide high-standard customer service to meet customer satisfaction and retail sales needs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
•Minimum of one year of proven and progressive financial services and/or retail sales experience.
•Sound knowledge of deposits, WEM products, and mortgages.
•Knowledge of banking/finance regulations, consumer trends, competitor offerings, and economic/foreign currency market developments.
•Strong presentation and sales skills, including objection handling and ability to work under pressure.
