Key Responsibilities

  • •Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and outlook submissions.
  • •Develop and enhance management reports, dashboards, and financial analysis tools; analyze trends and provide actionable insights.
  • •Manage a portfolio of projects and support project financial administration, including project setup, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
  • •Monitor project performance, profitability, backlog, unbilled receivables, and cash collection metrics; support month-end close and project reviews.
  • •Support internal controls, compliance, and governance activities, including GAAP compliance and SOX-related documentation and process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Recent university graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

  • •Internship, co-op, or relevant experience in finance, accounting, consulting, engineering, or professional services is an asset.
