UG Project Coordinator & Controls

Coordinate underground project execution by supporting scheduling, cost tracking, procurement coordination, and document control. Maintain weekly, 21-day, and monthly schedules, monitor costs against budgets and forecasts, and align purchase orders, deliveries, and vendor timelines. Create clear reports and dashboards for stakeholders, adjust lookaheads based on actual performance, and resolve risks and schedule conflicts to help deliver safe, efficient underground work on track and on budget.
