Govern a multi-program roadmap, establish governance frameworks and performance metrics, and oversee interdependent workstreams covering delivery teams, specialists, vendors, and finance. Own budgets, conduct cost-benefit analyses, manage portfolio risks, and produce executive reporting while mentoring leaders and improving delivery efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

•Define, prioritize, and govern the portfolio to align with corporate strategy, risk appetite, and business objectives.
•Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap integrating multiple programs and driving measurable business value.
•Design, implement, and improve project-management frameworks, governance, and performance metrics while enforcing compliance.
•Oversee end-to-end execution of interdependent workstreams, coordinating delivery teams, specialists, procurement, finance, and external partners.
•Lead portfolio-level risk identification, quantitative mitigation, budgeting, executive reporting, and executive/vendor relationship management.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred).
•Professional project-management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, or equivalent.
•8+ years of experience.
•Strong strategic planning and portfolio management capabilities.
•Demonstrated financial acumen for budgeting, cost-benefit analysis, forecasting, and benefit-realization reporting.
