Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, prioritize, and govern the portfolio to align with corporate strategy, risk appetite, and business objectives.
  • •Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap integrating multiple programs and driving measurable business value.
  • •Design, implement, and improve project-management frameworks, governance, and performance metrics while enforcing compliance.
  • •Oversee end-to-end execution of interdependent workstreams, coordinating delivery teams, specialists, procurement, finance, and external partners.
  • •Lead portfolio-level risk identification, quantitative mitigation, budgeting, executive reporting, and executive/vendor relationship management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred).
  • •Professional project-management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, or equivalent.
  • •8+ years of experience.
  • •Strong strategic planning and portfolio management capabilities.
  • •Demonstrated financial acumen for budgeting, cost-benefit analysis, forecasting, and benefit-realization reporting.
