Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct accurate vehicle assessments and document cosmetic and mechanical conditions for appraisal analysis.
  • •Ensure vehicles are accurately optioned and update inventory information.
  • •Capture high-quality imaging of wholesale vehicles for CarMax websites and support wholesale auction preparation.
  • •Secure, confirm, and verify appraisal details, resolving discrepancies as needed.
  • •Assist with inventory management, customer transfers, and lot merchandising; help onboard new associates.
