Job Summary

Own Unit4’s Professional Services Organisations (PSO) industry growth strategy, setting positioning, priorities, and market approach. Partner with Sales leadership to craft go-to-market plays and account strategies that accelerate pipeline and revenue. Serve as the external authority for PSO through events and thought leadership, chair the PSO Industry Board with key customers, and align with Product Management to ensure industry needs shape the roadmap.

•Own and lead Unit4’s PSO growth strategy, setting positioning, priorities, and market approach.
•Partner with Sales leadership to design go-to-market plays and account strategies that deliver pipeline and accelerate revenue growth.
•Represent Unit4 as the public face for PSO by leading industry events and publishing thought leadership with analysts and associations.
•Chair the Professional Services Industry Board to convene customers and influence roadmap direction and co-create value.
•Work with Product Management to align solutions with PSO priorities and translate industry needs into roadmap impact.

Key Requirements

•Extensive leadership experience within, or selling into, major Professional Services Firms (e.g., consulting, engineering, IT services, legal, audit/advisory).
•Credibility and presence to operate at board level and as a peer to CFO, COO, and CEO audiences in top-tier PSOs.
•Deep understanding of the PSO operating model, including utilisation, project profitability, partner economics, and revenue recognition standards (IFRS 15/ASC 606).
•Strong knowledge of ERP-supported processes for project-based businesses, including financial and resource management practices.
•An established industry network with a recognised external profile through thought leadership or speaking engagements.
