Lead GEERS’ marketing transformation into an integrated, customer-centric omnichannel experience across the Sonova ecosystem. Own brand strategy and omnichannel funnel narrative, build an agile, data-driven operating model, and manage marketing performance including P&L, ROAS, budgeting, forecasts, KPIs, and risk. Drive customer retention and CRM, media/performance marketing, retail marketing, data/analytics and AI adoption, creative/content, CX/service, and portfolio optimization.
