Job Summary

Join the Operations NPI Product Development Engineering team to take datacenter hardware products from concept to high-volume production. You’ll own Manufacturing, Test, and Failure Analysis/Recovery processes for new servers, collaborate across HW/FW/SW, drive DFx-driven quality, and partner with factories to optimize throughput, yields, and reliability across global operations.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Own and drive the Manufacturing, Test, and Failure Analysis/recovery process for new datacenter servers and assemblies, enabling high-volume production during the NPI phase and successful handoff.
•Collaborate with multi-functional HW/FW/SW engineering teams, manufacturing partners, and operations groups (PM, quality) to deliver high quality products.
•Develop and implement comprehensive product development plans with DFx feedback to ensure excellent product quality and manufacturability.
•Work with factory personnel during prototype/validation builds to troubleshoot day-to-day issues, collect metrics, and report status.
•Define and implement process improvements based on data analysis, and review build dashboards to monitor throughput, yields, and failures.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 200,000 - 322,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BS/MS or equivalent in Electrical Engineering with 12+ years of relevant experience
•Proven design and manufacture experience of complex compute or networking hardware platforms (CPU, GPU, HBM, PCIe) and Python programming
•Strong diagnostic/problem-solving skills for complex hardware systems
•Familiarity with factory diagnostics/test software and Linux command line, including log file review
•Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (2-3 trips per quarter)
