Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, construct, and manage robust data pipelines for training, validation, and continuous retraining of Large Quantitative Models (LQMs) and agentic frameworks.
  • •Develop, implement, and rigorously test novel ML models and algorithms, defining metrics to ensure alignment with product objectives.
  • •Lead cleaning, transforming, and feature engineering from large-scale datasets to optimize LQM performance and accuracy.
  • •Analyze model behavior, performance, and failure modes, tuning hyper-parameters and optimizing architecture for production efficiency.
  • •Collaborate with AI researchers, product managers, and SWE to translate business objectives into actionable ML roadmaps and deployment plans.

Key Requirements

  • •BS in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
  • •8+ years of postgraduate software development experience

  • •Proven ability to drive full ML lifecycle from data exploration to production deployment
