Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the Cox Automotive time and pay specialty team within Employee Services Center.
  • •Ensure timely and accurate time and payroll processing for the North American workforce across multiple employee audiences.
  • •Partner with Total Rewards and Time and Pay teams to define requirements for pay/time rules, prioritization, systems, investments, and process transformation.
  • •Direct development and execution of policies aligned to strategic objectives and process improvement.
  • •Drive scale through automation and advanced payroll technologies, continuous monitoring, quality assurance, and SLA performance.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/BA degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, HR, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
  • •10+ years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of pay, time, and service delivery systems, preferably in a decentralized manufacturing-type environment.
  • •Experience with Workday, Kronos, ServiceNow, and cloud solutions strongly preferred.
  • •Payroll certification and knowledge of Canada and US tax requirements, pay rules, and collectively bargained environments strongly preferred.
