Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out document control and verification of heavy/base maintenance tasks and work package documentation received from Maintenance Planning, ensuring they are prepared, distributed, and displayed on the action board.
  • •Ensure awareness of TPM/MOE Manual procedures for Production Control across checks including A-checks, C-checks, and engine/APU change checks.
  • •Distribute planned maintenance cards in the Control Docks and process, prioritize, and distribute additional maintenance cards resulting from inspections.
  • •Monitor maintenance work progress and report delays/deviations to the Supervisor - Maintenance Planning & Records while implementing corrective measures.
  • •Review completed-task documents against pre-documentation to identify variations/discrepancies and issue associated certification per approved procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Aircraft Engineering/Aeronautical/Electro-Mechanical or equivalent, or a related higher diploma/certificate plus relevant experience.
  • •3+ years’ aviation experience in maintenance planning and records for a similar role.
  • •Strong understanding of planning documents (MPD, MRB, AMP) and how they relate to aircraft maintenance programs.
  • •Experience with aircraft airworthiness programs requirements/regulations, including CAMO.
  • •Knowledge of Civil Aviation Authority rules and regulations (preferably GCAA) and exposure to EASA Part 145, Part 21 and Subpart M requirements.
