Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in Business or Finance (or relevant curriculum) plus 2 years of accounting experience, or A/AS plus 4 years relevant experience, or HSD/GED plus 6 years relevant experience (or equivalent).
  • •Proven construction project accounting experience.
  • •Demonstrated experience applying Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • •Experience preparing construction financial documentation and supporting revenue recognition.
  • •Strong Excel skills and the ability to work independently with ownership of processes.
