Key Responsibilities

•Assist in designing and improving LIVE ecosystem governance tools and strategies to enhance content quality and platform safety, including user education to prevent violations.
•Analyze livestreaming trends, governance challenges, and user behavior to identify risks, improvement opportunities, and refine moderation processes.
•Collaborate with R&D, operations, Algo, and Data teams to improve governance efficiency and support product iterations.
•Support internal prioritization and resource allocation to help execute governance initiatives smoothly.
•Assist in launching new governance features and policies, communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders, and iterate based on user feedback.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
•Able to commit to a 12-week internship and work 4 days onsite during Spring 2026.
•Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
•Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across teams and manage diverse stakeholder needs.
•Passion for livestreaming, content/community governance, and trust & safety in digital platforms.
