Job Summary

Maintain and repair facility machinery and production support systems by following safety procedures and reviewing SDSs. Perform mechanical, electrical, and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical/electronic and pneumatic/hydraulic/mechanical systems, and repair circuit boards and industrial equipment. Support compliance with 5S and CI initiatives, document safety incidents, and disassemble/clean/reassemble production machinery. Requires strong blueprint/schematic reading and troubleshooting skills, including PLC capability with Allen Bradley.

Key Responsibilities

•Follow all plant and department safety rules, procedures, and programs while wearing required PPE.
•Review SDSs for chemicals prior to initial use.
•Provide daily mechanical, electrical, and preventive maintenance for the plant.
•Troubleshoot and repair electrical/electronic and pneumatic/hydraulic/mechanical systems, including circuit boards to component level.
•Repair pumps, blowers, drives, heaters, dies, gearboxes and PLCs; disassemble, clean, and reassemble production machinery.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 34.8 - 40.78 hourly

Key Requirements

•Associate's degree in Electro-Mechanical or related field is required.
•2-5 years' experience in electrical or mechanical maintenance of plant production machinery and support systems (preferred).
•Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
•Formal training/education in electrical/electrical systems (including PLCs) is preferred.
•Ability to use hand tools, multi-meters, and oscilloscopes to troubleshoot and repair systems.
