Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure stable operation and maintenance of facility systems (HVAC, electrical, MEP, and water supply/drainage).
  • •Plan, coordinate, and oversee facility construction, expansion, replacement, and repair projects to complete on schedule and within budget.
  • •Build and execute safety management procedures to ensure a safe working environment for employees.
  • •Regularly conduct facility system walkthroughs and audits to ensure compliance with local, central, and safety regulations.
  • •Manage vendors and suppliers to maintain quality, timeline, and cost efficiency while driving facility system upgrades and improvement projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or above).
  • •3+ years of experience in facility engineering, construction, architectural MEP, or related work.
  • •Familiarity with facility/building systems including HVAC, electrical, MEP, and water supply/drainage.
  • •Project management ability to handle multiple facility projects at once.
  • •Proven experience delivering facility improvements and upgrades, with strong communication and cross-department coordination skills.
