Key Responsibilities

  • •Support achievement of volume, profit, and margin objectives for assigned product categories, owning analysis of revenue, cost, and profitability drivers.
  • •Own assigned P&L responsibilities and contribute situation assessment inputs for Strategic Planning and financial outlooks.
  • •Assist in managing inventory health by identifying risks and partnering to resolve supply or demand imbalances.
  • •Set pricing for assigned products or categories, analyze pricing performance and margin outcomes, and recommend adjustments within governance.
  • •Execute assigned marketing campaign elements, draft briefs, monitor performance, and provide insights to inform future planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.
  • •3+ years of relevant and practical experience; prior food manufacturing or CPG marketing experience is a plus.
  • •Strong financial and P&L management capabilities for assigned product categories.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess drivers and mitigate risk.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, plus the ability to use reporting and analytics tools for decision-making.
