•Lead and develop the federal proposal team, fostering communication and mentoring/coaching direct reports.
•Manage large, complex, must-win pursuits from capture through interview stage; direct proposal schedules, templates, content plans, and compliance matrices.
•Lead writing/editing of tailored executive summaries and non-technical proposal sections; facilitate color/quality reviews and implement revision updates.
•Participate in go/no-go and greenlight analyses, monitor must-win pursuit progress, conduct debriefs, and apply lessons learned to win strategies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, plus 8+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination).
•3+ years of people-management experience, including recruiting, developing, mentoring, and retaining talent.
•Working knowledge of the Architecture/Engineering (A/E) industry with emphasis on U.S. Federal clients, projects, teams, credentials, and competitors.
•Proven success leading complex, multi-discipline and/or multi-geography proposals valued over $20 million.
•Strong writing/editing and proposal/presentation best practices, including key messages/themes and alignment to evaluation criteria.
