Key Responsibilities

  • •Orient and instruct new drivers; assist supervisor in assigning and directing employees’ work.
  • •Communicate with supervisor/manager to ensure vehicle flow and maintain stock number and lot location logs.
  • •Coordinate schedules and assignments to crew members and serve as lane leader on sale days.
  • •Manage vans and transport drivers; shuttle employees and vehicles between auction, parking lots, dealerships, and other locations.
  • •Lead safety and operational performance by modeling safety behaviors, supporting safety activities, monitoring staffing/work volumes, and enforcing policies.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field, or 5 years’ experience in a related field, or an equivalent combination with additional education/certification.
  • •Valid driver’s license and safe driving ability; ability to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles.
  • •Basic mechanical experience, including changing flat tires, checking fluids, and jump-starting vehicles.
  • •Ability to lift at least 15 lbs and work in physically demanding, fast-paced conditions (including varying weather and noise/exhaust).
  • •Pre-employment drug test required; must clear the test and follow drug-free workplace rules.
