•Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our V.I.B.E.S service model.
•Actively assist in all store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
•Work closely with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies.
•Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about current product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives.
•Adhere to all HEYDUDE/Crocs policies, including Asset Protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 14 - 16.5 hourly

Key Requirements

•Must be 16 years or older.
•Flexible in work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
•A team-first attitude and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
•Ability to move merchandise and assist in backroom and sales floor.
•Ability to lift 30 pounds or more and be on your feet for long shifts.
