Job Summary

Architect and optimize the recruiting tech stack (ATS/CRM/interview tools) and Learning Management System (LMS) at scale. Lead integrations, automation, data integrity, and AI-enabled capabilities to improve efficiency, decision-making, and global growth. Act as a technical SME for recruiting and learning systems, partnering with Recruiting and L&D to translate needs into scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end administration and architecture of recruiting platforms (ATS, CRM, interview tools) and LMS. Design and configure workflows, permissions, and system logic to support global operations.
•Partner with Technology teams to maintain integrations across systems using APIs, middleware, and data pipelines; drive automation of manual processes across recruiting and learning workflows.
•Establish and maintain data integrity standards, validation rules, and monitoring processes; enable actionable insights with analytics teams.
•Leverage AI-enabled capabilities to optimize recruiting and learning processes; evaluate and implement AI-driven tools across systems.
•Troubleshoot complex system issues, document best practices, and support global users through training and documentation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 148,000 - 203,500 annually

•Deep expertise in recruiting systems (ATS, CRM, interview platforms) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
•Strong experience in system configuration, architecture, and administration.
•Proven ability to design and implement integrations using APIs, middleware, and data pipelines.
•Experience leading system implementations and managing medium-to-large complexity technical initiatives.
•Strong understanding of data models, reporting, and system governance.
