Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the P&L for a product category, monitoring sales, costs, and profitability to meet financial goals.
  • •Develop and maintain retail pricing and promotional parameters; support trade spending targets and day-to-day volume and P&L plans.
  • •Lead forecasting with demand and supply planning teams to support accurate forecasts and product deployment.
  • •Assist with project planning, execution, and tracking by monitoring progress, identifying risks, and providing updates.
  • •Collaborate with Marketing and R&D on new products, cost savings initiatives, and new business opportunities across cross-functional meetings.

Salary: USD 70,000 - 97,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • •Experience leading by training, coaching, mentoring, or managing a process or project.
  • •Strong quantitative reasoning and ability to analyze data to drive decisions.
