Job Summary

Maintain and calibrate terminal equipment used for product movement and storage, including valves, gauges, meters, tanks, pumps, boilers, and air compressors. Troubleshoot systems such as Truck Rack PLC and heavy equipment (forklifts, manlifts, telehandlers), perform minor repairs, and complete maintenance documentation and recordkeeping. Support safety compliance, daily reporting, and coordinate with Operations to minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist with installation, maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment including valves, gauges, meters, tanks, pumps, boilers, and air compressors.
•Troubleshoot and conduct minor repairs on Truck Rack PLC and heavy equipment such as forklifts, manlifts, company trucks, and telehandlers.
•Perform maintenance and service duties with documentation/recordkeeping, using computers for communications, training, maintenance tracking, and inventory.
•Follow company safety rules and attend assigned operations and safety training.
•Perform operations tasks (opening/closing valves and tanks; loading/unloading tanker trucks, railcars, totes, and drums) and complete daily log/reporting.

Key Requirements

•High school degree or equivalent.
•Minimum 1 year of work experience or apprenticeship performing maintenance activities in core disciplines.
•Demonstrated ability to perform basic maintenance activities in at least one core competency.
•Preferred: 2-year degree/technical school in Mechanical, Electrical, Corrosion, or equivalent combination.
•Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
