Senior Quantity Surveyor / Cost Estimator

Manage and control project costs for design and construction efforts focused on urban infrastructure and facilities development. Build detailed cost estimates, budgets, and cost models, then track expenditures, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions to keep projects within financial targets. Prepare cost reports and communicate performance to stakeholders while collaborating with project, engineering, and procurement teams and reviewing vendor quotes, contracts, and invoices. Mentor junior cost engineers and help improve cost management practices.
