Colleague and Labor Relations Specialist

Drive fair, consistent colleague experiences across multiple markets by leading complex employment and labor relations cases, supporting employee investigations, and advising HR partners and leaders. Use data-driven trend identification to reduce labor risk, strengthen risk/control/privacy/audit practices, and update colleague & labor relations policies and procedures. Deliver CLR training, respond to escalated enquiries, and support global organizational change initiatives while working within a hybrid schedule.
