Job Summary

Maintain and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems across heavy equipment and aerial lifts at a rental facility. Diagnose issues using work-order and service-interval data from EquipmentShare’s T3 platform, order parts, and keep electronic documentation current. Work Monday–Friday with overtime after 40 hours and occasional on-call scheduling, supporting both customer and company equipment.

•Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders and track machine service intervals.
•Diagnose issues and determine root cause and corrective actions for heavy equipment and aerial lifts.
•Perform maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems using independent judgment.
•Maintain complete and timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) daily.
•Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts, and support training of lower level technicians as needed.
