Job Summary

Support customers and internal teams with Treasury Management products and services, including online banking/eBanking and transaction processing. Handle wires, ACH, remote deposit capture, positive pay, account reconciliation, lockbox, third-party depository services, merchant card services, and account analysis. Perform customer setups and contract/file maintenance, resolve issues within authority, assist with RFP responses, support audits/examinations, and provide clerical training support to bank personnel.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide best-in-class professional, technical, and general support for Treasury Management products and services.
•Process and support transactions including wires, ACH, remote deposit capture, positive pay, and account reconciliation.
•Perform customer setups, prepare/manage contracts and customer files, and monitor product usage and system authority.
•Resolve customer and operational problems within assigned authority, following policies and procedures.
•Assist with audits and examinations, help coordinate RFP written responses, and provide training support to bank personnel.

Key Requirements

•1-2 years of related work experience and/or training, preferably with credit or loan processing background.
•Prior banking experience required.
•Knowledge of and responsibility for compliance with state and federal banking regulations (including Regulation Z, Regulation B, FHA, HMDA, RESPA, FCRA, BSA/USA PATRIOT Act, AML/CIP, RFPA, and CRA).
•Intermediate skills with computer terminal/personal computer and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
•High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
