Architect (KSA, SA)

Plan, develop, and implement building designs from feasibility through completion. Compile feasibility and environmental impact inputs, create project proposals, estimate costs, define timelines, and oversee design deliverables across concept, schematic, detailed design, and construction documents. Coordinate with construction professionals and internal teams (structural, MEP, estimation) to ensure approvals, constructability, budget adherence, and HSE-aligned project execution using tools like Revit and AutoCAD.
