Key Responsibilities

•Maintain responsibility for designated store sections, ensuring an attractive and consistent store presentation.
•Process sales, exchanges, and refunds accurately, handling all payment methods.
•Keep housekeeping standards high, including maintaining a tidy and replenished cash desk area.
•Organize and manage the stockroom efficiently and maintain knowledge of stock and promotions.
•Support cashiers during absenteeism, attend training, and complete cash desk opening/closing procedures.

Key Requirements

•Provide strong customer service focused on achieving sales targets.
•Handle cash and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
•Communicate clearly with customers and team (verbal and written).
•Work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment with initiative and self-management.
•Have experience in fashion retail or customer service (preferred), plus strong numeracy and literacy skills.
