Key Responsibilities

  • •Take responsibility for end-to-end service delivery on large or complex projects.
  • •Act as the key day-to-day client interface to ensure objectives are met and projects are delivered on time, cost, and quality targets.
  • •Advise at a strategic level from project conception on approaches to achieve client objectives.
  • •Plan for and manage quality, safety, health and environment issues, and establish effective project governance, processes, and systems.
  • •Manage project planning, performance (KPIs), change control, project finances, and production of formal progress and other reports.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years’ experience in client-side project management, with some experience in the corporate occupier (fit-out) sector.
  • •Existing relationships in the corporate occupier sector with design consultants, builders, and clients are favorable.
  • •Knowledge and understanding of Australian construction contracts.
  • •Knowledge and understanding of Agreements for Lease (AFLs).
  • •Ability to manage and support a design team.
