Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end operations for the cell, ensuring delivery of KPIs and accountability for Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, and People.
  • •Lead the Daily Management System (DMS) for the cell, coaching/supporting L1 and cluster meetings and driving the right activities.
  • •Drive the Cell Improvement Plan through a 90-day PDCA cycle of improvement initiatives.
  • •Lead people management for roles within the cell, including regular 1-1s, holiday planning, absence management, and disciplinary processes.
  • •Sponsor strategic improvement programmes and embed continuous improvement methodologies such as ECRS and 5S, including ownership of OEE performance delivery.
