Key Responsibilities

  • •Shape and deliver crisis management, exercising, and resilience programmes across IT, operational technology, and critical business services.
  • •Support the development of the crisis management framework, keeping plans, playbooks, and response processes effective, tested, and aligned to regulatory requirements.
  • •Coordinate crisis response activities and support major incidents.
  • •Facilitate exercises and workshops across teams and stakeholders.
  • •Drive continuous improvement by ensuring the organisation learns and improves from real-world events and simulations.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in cyber security, operational resilience, crisis management, emergency planning, or a related field.
  • •Strong understanding of cyber threats, incident response, and resilience principles.
  • •Experience coordinating activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • •Confidence facilitating exercises and engaging senior leaders; ability to produce clear reports and briefing materials.
  • •Knowledge of NIS Regulations and the NCSC Cyber Assessment Framework (CAF); operational resilience experience is highly valued.
