Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate the night-shift CDL driving team and serve as the primary field leader for assigned drivers.
  • •Coordinate driver assignments, routes, trucks, and job-site activities; communicate schedule changes and operational instructions.
  • •Drive trucks/equipment as needed while overseeing other night-shift drivers and directing loading, unloading, offloading, and spotting.
  • •Conduct and oversee daily pre-trip inspections, maintain awareness of truck maintenance needs, and coordinate resolution during the shift.
