Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a front-line ambassador for Coach. Build client relationships through product expertise and fashion advice, drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, visual merchandising, and transaction handling while maintaining high service standards and collaborating with the team.
