Key Responsibilities

•Be the day-to-day point of contact for the BPO partner, managing cadence, training rollouts, SLA tracking, and quality calibration.
•Help streamline the playbooks by collaborating with Legal and Product to define end-to-end review workflows for DMCA and in-app content reports.
•Define operational SLAs and build a reporting framework to track performance across workstreams.
•Translate Legal and Product requirements into operational changes, ensuring updates appear in BPO training, queue routing, and reviewer guidance.
•Run quality calibration and ongoing quality control, auditing samples and closing the loop on false positives/negatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 95,000 annually
