Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide overall general assistance to the Production Coordinator, Production Supervisor, and crew; proactively support the team and escalate issues when needed.
  • •Maintain awareness of work in progress and communicate priorities and status updates with the Production Coordinator and/or Production Supervisor.
  • •Handle departmental scheduling by assisting the Production Supervisor with the department calendar and scheduling for the Department Head.
  • •Support daily office and production activities including meetings, room bookings, shipment prep, copies/faxes, filing, typing notes, distributing materials, timecard processing, supply orders, errands, and travel arrangements.
  • •Gather department-specific research, support moves and setup, keep a detailed inventory of equipment, and act as a secondary contact when leadership is unavailable.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 55,900 - 65,000 annually

  • •Ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Willing to work in Glendale, CA.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, and Gmail preferred.
  • •Knowledge of production tracking databases; experience with Linux, Maya, Shotgun, Flix, Photoshop, and/or Illustrator is a plus.
