Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct thorough on-site vehicle inspections and document exterior/interior condition, options, and damage per Manheim standards.
  • •Verify vehicle identification details (VINs, mileage, options) and ensure accurate system entry.
  • •Safely locate, move, inspect, and return vehicles on dealer client lots.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with dealer clients, educate them on mobile inspection services, and support inspection volume growth.
  • •Submit daily activity/production reports and use Salesforce.com to track lead and customer performance while collaborating with other teams.

Key Requirements
