Head of Business Intelligence - Europe

Own EU data management for multiple licensed entities, building and maintaining the data infrastructure needed for compliance, business, and financial reporting. Lead unified data architecture across business lines, deliver accurate regulatory reports, and produce financial projections for management decisions. Drive data governance, GDPR/DORA compliance, data classification/access/retention policies, and coordinate with legal/compliance teams. Use data insights to identify and escalate business risks and advise leadership with data-driven recommendations.
