Job Summary

Support venue operations by keeping guest areas safe, clean, and well stocked, while assisting with maintenance needs during shows. Perform emergency and scheduled repairs on production equipment, complete preventive maintenance, and carry out simple machinist, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting. Read manuals and work orders, handle plumbing and carpentry tasks, use hand and power tools, and help close the venue post-show while following safety and sustainability practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Keep the venue safe and clean by disinfecting fixtures and maintaining guest-facing areas free of trash, and restocking restroom and hygiene supplies as needed.
•Maintain clean, orderly work areas and equipment, assisting with other cleaning duties as assigned.
•Provide emergency and scheduled repairs for production equipment during production and machine service.
•Perform preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities, diagnosing issues and making parts replacements, repairs, tests, and adjustments.
•Complete plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions and perform machinist/mechanic tasks including mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic/hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17.87 - 22 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/GED plus completion of a craft apprenticeship, or equivalent production maintenance experience.
•Ability to work independently and stay highly motivated.
•AA degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance is a plus.
•Ability to perform constant walking, climbing stairs, and lifting/carrying 50 lbs plus occasional sitting.
