Lead technical maintenance and delivery for a high-security MOD site at DSTL, Porton Down. Manage a team of engineers and operatives to ensure planned and reactive maintenance meets safety, security, and KPI standards. Serve as the technical linchpin by advising the client, managing remedial works, reviewing inspection reports, and maintaining health and safety documentation, while overseeing CAFM scheduling and billable works up to £25k.
