Manager – Tech Management

Lead end-to-end IT operations and service management, managing daily support, major incident response, and operational excellence across on-prem and cloud environments. Own SLA/KPI tracking, process improvements, change control, and compliance with IT controls and audit requirements. Manage and mentor a distributed team while also serving as Scrum Master to drive Agile practices, remove delivery roadblocks, and foster continuous improvement. Work with data integration using SAP BODS and MuleSoft.
