Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily site operations, including labor, materials, equipment movement, and distribution to keep projects within cost and budget.
  • •Monitor and ensure use of the latest valid drawings and coordinate work activities as built for major elements.
  • •Ensure work is achieved according to approved Shop Drawings, method statements, Behavior-Based Safety (BBS), and on or before scheduled dates.
  • •Conduct corrective actions for rework or remedial work as instructed by the site engineer, while minimizing reworks and meeting company quality standards.
  • •Ensure compliance with safety procedures for all supervised workers, support HSE initiatives, and report site risks and incidents for resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of working experience, including 3 years of relevant experience; GCC experience is a plus.
  • •Knowledge of project construction scope, objectives, and relevant approved Shop Drawings and method statements.
  • •Strong understanding of safety programs, occupational health and safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
  • •Ability to ensure compliance with Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) and site procedures to help achieve zero loss time incidents.
  • •ERP knowledge with preferably SAP functional skills.
