Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure successful implementation of Workday product solutions by understanding client business requirements and configuring and testing solutions.
  • •Master at least two modules in the Workday Financial product suite and demonstrate configurations through prototype configuration.
  • •Assist clients with testing the Workday solution and support successful project outcomes and lasting client relationships.
  • •Help convert legacy data into Workday and assist the Integration Consulting team with integrations between Workday and third-party/custom solutions.
  • •Use Workday’s implementation methodology on all client engagements and mentor other consultants by sharing product knowledge.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ consulting experience, either as a Workday consultant or with a consulting/software organization in another ERP application (e.g., SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ceridian, or similar).
  • •8+ years of functional experience in Financials, Revenue, Spend software solutions or systems.
  • •Experience in at least 2 full-cycle client implementations.
  • •Strong client and stakeholder engagement to achieve project objectives.
  • •Ability to work effectively on multiple parallel projects while prioritizing conflicting demands with little supervision.
